2 medium California avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
1 tomato, chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons diced green chiles
1 tsp. minced cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small clove garlic, minced
Combine dip ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
